Common topics
- Subscriptions / Restore: Open StillScout → paywall or Settings → Restore purchases. Or manage billing in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Free scouts: Free plan includes daily on-device scouts (UTC day). Limits reset the next UTC day.
- AI Pro / trial: Cloud Gemini scoring needs internet. One complimentary AI trial is available when online; polish stays Pro-only.
- Camera / library: iOS Settings → StillScout → enable Camera, Microphone, and Photos as needed.
- Offline: Free on-device scouting still works. Cloud AI and trial require a connection.
- Diagnostics: Settings → Copy diagnostics, then paste into your email or issue (no need to attach videos).
